Entries will be accepted on the day, however clubs should have a list of athletes competing & age groups available on the day.

The entry fee for an individual event is €2.50 & €10 per relay team.

Competition starts at 11.00am with the relays. The 3,000m starting time will be agreed on the day.

Under 10/11 athletes

Can compete in 2 individual events & relays, under 10's can compete in under 11 relay

Under 12 upwards 3 events plus relays

Athletes can move up an age group for relays & run 2 relays, only 2 can move up per age group

Under 16 & U17 compete as one age group. Under 18 upwards compete in one age group as seniors

Where 2 age groups are combined the lower height/weight will be used. All races except 60m& 60m hurdles will be decided on times if heats are required.
