The Sixth Annual Galway Bay 10 will take place on Saturday the 4th October at 2pm. Over 1,000 people took part last year and raised over €250,000 for Cancer Care West. Further details of this years event will be announced soon along with confirmation of our sponsors without whom this event could not take place. Last year the sun shone down on our beautiful Galway Bay making it an enjoyable event for both participants and supporters.

Bernard Duffy, chairperson of the Galway Bay 10 organising committee encouraged people once again to ‘go the extra mile for Cancer Care West’. The event is open to people with all levels of fitness and is all about having fun, increasing awareness about the benefits of regular exercise and raising money for a very good cause.
