The Clare River Harriers Athletic Club 19th Annual Road Race is on Saturday 25 Aug 2007 at 6:00pm. As well as being a regular road race and fun-run/walk it incorporates the Galway County AAI 10K Road Championships for 2007.

Entry fee €15 (€5 of this goes to Galway Hospice). Tee-shirt for all participants. Entries taken up to 5.40pm on race day. Race registration, finish and changing facilities are at the Claregalway Sports Centre. The start is at 6pm Sharp outside Claregalway National School.

The ever-popular four mile road race in Killimor, Co.Galway has been fixed for Sunday the 9th of September at 1:30pm. This is one of the most popular fixures on the Galway racing calendar each year and regularly attracts a strong field of runners from outside the county. Organisers Thomas and Mary Porter make a great contribution to athletics in the county this being just one of the many athletics related projects they involve themselves in each year.
A one-mile junior run (Under 15's) will take place before the senior race at 1:00pm. Entry on the day.
