Entries will be accepted on the day, however clubs should have a list of athletes competing & age groups available on the day. The entry fee for an individual event is €2.50 & €10 per relay team. Competition starts at 11.00am with the relays. The 3,000m starting time will be agreed on the day.

Though predominately for fun-runners, athletes of all levels are very welcome to attend. An accurate, timed course will be provided - and even a few sandwiches - but the emphasis is firmly on participation and fun.

The inaugural running of the Roscommon Carers Association 10km Mini-Marathon takes place in Roscommon town on bank holiday weekend, Monday May 5th at 3pm. Registration at Hannons Hotel from 1pm. Hannons Hotel is located just off the Athlone Road on the outskirts of Roscommon Town. The course meanders through the countryside to the south of Roscommon town and is a pleasant route on quite country roads.
