Mayo AC's 2008 Road Race League, sponsored by C & C Cellular, will begin with the Carramore 10k on Saturday May 17th. This will the first chance for participants to pick up League points (first 25 men/women finishers) following the postponement of the Ballyhaunis 8k race which will be re-scheduled - more on that as soon as the new date is confirmed. The Carramore 10k is a firm favourite on the Western athletics calendar, as it is a fast one lap rural course.
