The 5th annual East Galway AC 4Mile Challenge will take place this year on Sunday, 20th of December.  This is East Galway AC's club race.

This is a Fantastic Course and well presented.   It is a hilly 4 Miler with plenty of challenges for the not so feint hearted.  In the past we have enjoyed the support of runners from many of the county clubs and are hoping once again that you will help us make this a club race to remember

This run because it is later this year would of course be an ideal warm-upper for the famous Fields of Athenry race on the following week.

Why not make this a family day out, with the children’s race starting at 2.00PM and the 4 MIle race at 2.30pm. Safe environment for children while you wait. Great Facilities including showers.

Entry to the 4 mile race is €12 online or €15 on the day, Childrens race is €5 & Family rates available.

Teams comprised of a panel of 4-6 with 4 to score.

Directions: From Galway travel through the village of Abbeyknockmoy and go approximately 500 Metres Just past the Church take the First Right. From Roscommon travel through Ballygar into Moylough and then take the Galway Road for 3 miles until you pass over the River Abbert, Hurling Club is straight in front of you
