Its time to dig out those runners and don a pair of shorts as a new Fit4Life programme gets underway on Saturday September 18th.  the focus is on recreational joggers and walkers as opposed to competetive activities.

The aim of the programme is to give absolute beginners a chance to meet new people, exercise and get fit in a safe and welcoming environment.  The course is open to all over the age of 16, who would like a chance to get fit and maybe even run in the now famous 'Fields of Athenry' 10Km run on St Stephens Day.

The course starts at 0945 on Saturday 18th September at the church carpark in Athenry.  The fee is 20 euro and for this you get instruction on the fit4life course, a reflective vest, training diary, water bottle, membership to AthenryAC, insurance whilst training and as much fun a you can muster.

We look forward to welcoming you to the group.

Attached is a flyer which you can print off and give to friends/colleagues/random people etc
