i,ran my first 5k a few months ago and i couldnt run it all as my fitness level was not great, since then i joined corofin fit for life , with maria heire, i realy saw my fitness improve, and i would encourage anyone thinking of doing it , to join us . i ran the headford 8k with maria and i finished it in 52,19 without stopping which was such an achievement for me, i felt great to be able to achieve my first goal, thanks to maria and all the girls for all the incouragement and help, roll on the next goal.
