Congrats to Loughrea AC on a fine race yesterday, Monday 6 April, around the town.  It is a prelude to the new couse which will hopefully be seen come this year's 5KM series next month.

Athenry AC were well represented in the race.  A fine morning greeted the over 250 runners and joggers.  One and a half laps of the town followed by a spin out to the Gaelscoil and back in to finish where we started near the Temperance Hall in sprint sun shine.  Refreshments and prizes were in the hall afterwards.
