A huge congratulations to Paul Giblin who completed the Challenge Barcelona Ironman distance race today.

He finished with a superb time of 11:35:36 and with a strong sub 4 hour marathon; well under the 12 hours, to round off the Athenry AC year of triathlon feats nicely.
