Claregalway 5KM in aid of Self Help Africa was held on Sunday 16th September in conjunction with Castlegar AC.  Race organiser, Kathryn Casserly would like to thank everyone who turned out to support the race and to the wonderful group of volunteers who kindly helped before, during and after the race.

It was great to see young wheelchair athlete Shauna Bocquet compete in her first ever race, and we wish her all the success in what is a promising career.
