A very hot evening in Tuam on many different levels.  A near record number of runners got under 20 minutes again, with a goodly number of runners recording PBs, including our secretary Ruthann Sheahan and newly rejoined AAC member, Caroline McLoughlin.

Thanks to Brendan & Trisha Monaghan and all the crew in Tuam AC for putting together a lovely course as well as the Ard Rí Hotel for the facilities provided both before and after the 6th leg last Tuesday evening last.
