There were some great times posted yesterday in the River Moy Half Marathon in Ballina with a handful of PB's in the process.

Ray Somers was 5th person home with a new personal best of 1.18.44 with Mick Duane narrowly missing out on the sub 90mins with a 1.31.33. Mairead Sullivan & Maria Lambe also ran PB's with 1.37.26 & 1.39.39 respectivetly to give them 7th & 11th women home. Noreen Cooley ran a 2.07.38 with Maria Hehir a 2.10.37.

In warmer climes Daragh McShane was competing in Ironman Lanzarote finishing in a time 12 hours & 32 seconds with a 3.45 marathon to finish off. Full splits below;
