The programme of events and other details of the upcoming Connaught Regional Indoor Track and Field Championships have now been released. Entry forms (standard & relay) for the championships, a timetable of events and a list of rules and regulations are attached to this article and can be downloaded.

The Western Region have put in place a competition Secretary for this competition who may be contacted at the following email address. Clubs who supply an email address will have their entries acknowledged prior to the competition and kept advised of all developments prior to and following the competition.
