Paul Hession got his outdoor season underway this evening in Oslo with a very respectable race over 200m in the Gloden League meeting. His time of 20.48 seconds was only 0.18 of a second outside his Irish record for the distance. We'll publish more details as they become available.

What an incredible result for Paul and everyone in Athenry. One of the great annual occasions for European and World athletics and to have an Athenry man at the heart of it is truely uplifting. Absolutly fantastic Paul, Keep it up !!!
