Saturday morning: 10am Athenry Church Car Park
Wednesday evening: 7pm Athenry Church Car Park
The first Saturday of every 2nd month, beginners are welcome to join the group, on the start dates as listed below. Keeping to a set group start dates helps each group progress together at a steady and enjoyable pace from run/walk to running. If you can already run 5km continuously, you are welcome to join on any Saturday, as there is always a 5km distance run group. For 2013 season, these dates are:
January 5th
March 2nd
May 4th
July 6th
September 7th
November 11th
New members should show up at 9.45am with both forms attached below (Health Screening form and Application form) and the appropriate membership fee as follows: Fees: Jan/March €35; May/July €30 and Sept/November €25.
