Wednesday evening: 7pm Athenry Church Car Park
The first Saturday of every 2nd month, beginners are welcome to join the group on the start dates as listed below. Keeping to a set group start date helps each group progress together at a steady and enjoyable pace from run/walk to running. If you can already run 5km continuously, you are welcome to join on any Saturday, as there is always a 5km distance run group. For 2015 season, these dates are:
New members should show up at 9.45am with both forms attached below (Health Screening form and Application form) and the appropriate membership fee as follows: Fees: Jan/March €35; May/July €30 and Sept/November €25.
