I recently had the pleasure of cycling the course for the forthcoming inaugural Kilmovee 10k Road Race which is being organised by members of the local GAA club (in association with Mayo AC) in support of some very worthy local charities. What struck me was that, as well as it being a particularly beautiful route, it was perhaps the flattest 10k course I'd ever seen. The organisers have put a great deal of effort into ensuring a well organised and successful first running of this race and it deserves our support. The course is fully certified and essentially traffic free and the facilities on offer to participants will be top-of-the-range.

So, dust off your rtacing flats and head straight for Mayo and Kilmovee...your PB awaits!
