  1. Run at least six half-marathons during the year - I want to run DCM in Oct 2012
  2. Complete Connemara half-marathon without stopping or walking
  3. Get under 8 minutes for a magic mile!!!!!

  1. Sub 51:00 10km
  2. Complete a triathlon
  3. Avoid the dreaded injuries - Pilates all the way

…. And maybe do a triple somersault of the top board in Blackrock!

  1. Sub 65 min in Ballycotton  - Failed in 2010, injured!
  2. Sub 5-hour Connemara Ultra
  3. Sub 3-hour marathon  - Targeting Cork!

 

James Corbett

 

  1. To break 1hr 10min for Craughwell
  2. To run at least 1 PB
  3. To stay injury free

 

Anne Lyng

 

  1. To complete the Galway half ironman triathlon in Sept 2011 - 1.9km swim, 90km cycle, half-marathon. I have already entered so there is no turning back!
  2. Run sub 23min 5km
  3. Run 25km

 

Martin Keane

1.       50 minute10K

2.       88 minute ten-mile, again - 89.01 in Ballycotton 2010

3.       1:55 Half-marathon -1:56 National Half in Laois 2010

4.       4:20 Marathon, again - 4.19 Dublin Marathon 2010

Patrick Forde

1.       That we have a successful Kilconieron 5 miler

2.       That the body and mind stays in relative working order

3.       Complete Dublin Marathon in sub 3.21 (my PB) and Ballyvaughen in sub 4hrs, if it's not as hot as last year.

  2. Develop a better understanding of those people who don’t run  - Whats wrong with running every day?

  3. Stick to a training plan. No more runs or cycles just for the sake of it.
