Charity Race - Permit sponsored by Loughrea AC.

Following the very successful inaugural event in 2013, the Abbey 10km Challenge is back!

The race takes place around the village of Abbey on Sunday 16th of March.

The course measurement complies with IAAF rules. Public liability insurance is in place. AAI permitted.

There are prizes for all categories and a souvenir t-shirt for all entrants. The event is open to all levels of runners and walkers. Registration will be also available in the Community Centre on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. There is plenty of parking and there will be toilets and a bag drop area close to the start/finish. Refreshments will be available in the community centre afterwards.
