Training sessions three times a week. All sessions begin at the Church car park.

Saturday: Meet at 9am.

This is a social run with different groups running for 5 miles/ 8k plus, at varying paces.

Tuesday is Speed: Meet at 7pm

Thursday is Tempo: Meet at 7pm


Athletics training for 5-19 year olds is held on

Wednesdays from 7pm – 8pm at the Moanbaun athletics track.
