The Track and Field championships will be held over 4 days.

The championships are open to registered club members in Junior / Senior / Master 35 / Master 50 / Master 65 categories.

The 4 days will also feed into a T&F league for Galway.  The more people we have out the more points we can potentially get - and trophies for winners.

Day 1: 24th May, Dangan (Closing date for entries is 22nd May)

1500m, 100m, 400m, 100mh, shot, javelin, long jump, walk

Day 2: 31st May, Dangan (Closing date for entries is 29th May)

3000m (F) or 5000m (M), 200m, 800m, 400mh, high jump, triple jump, discus, weight for distance (wfd), 4 x 100m relay and 4 x 400m relay

Day 3: 14th June, Dangan - subject to change (register on the day)

10000m, mile

Day 4: 30th June, Merlin woods city park, Doughiska as part of Castlegar AC Tribal Games (register on the day)

Mixed distance relay
