Galway AAI Outdoor Track & Field Championships

Track Handover

The County Galway Track & Field Championships will take place next Friday the 26th of May. Any Athenry AC member wanting to be entered into events should contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible. Some entries will be taken on the night but if possible we should provide entry details in advance to help with administration.

First event starts at 6:30pm. Subsequent events will begin immediately thereafter. Also see safety notes below.

3000m (including Senior)
Hurdles heats & finals
Sprint heats & finals
1500m u14-Senior
200m heats
600m u13
800m U14-Senior
200m finals if necessary
300m & 400m
relays u13/15/17/19
relays u14/16/18/Junior / Senior

Field

Safety Notes
Only Officials and competing athletes are allowed on the infield. Once their competition is over athletes must leave the infield.
Warming up must be done in warm up area
Anybody intruding on the infield will be asked to leave.
