It's that time of year again - time for the Club AGM that is!

The arrangements for this year's 'extravaganza' will be as follows;

Where: The Quality Hotel in Oranmore, Co.Galway. The Rinville Suite upstairs in the Conference Centre.

When: 8:00pm (sharp!) on Tuesday the 23rd of January

Who: All of our members of course but also anyone who might be thinking of joining up for 2007.

Please feel free to invite anyone along who might like to find out more about the club or who might be considering joining up. You could always forward this notice to anyone who might be interested in attending. We like to keep the formal part of these meetings short as we realise that people are busy. It would be our intention to have all of the business done and dusted by 09:30pm, although how late you stay guzzling Lucozades in the hotel bar afterwards is your own business.

An agenda for the meeting is given below and a formal notice of the meeting is in the post to everyone who was in membership last year.

Hopefully we'll have a great turnout and get set for a fantastic 2007.
