Why Not Tri A Duathlon

The Predator Triathlon Club, which is based in Athenry and coached by our very own Sebastien Locteau, will be holding a Duathlon (Run-Bike-Run) on Sunday the 11th March next at 9:30am.

The race will be based out of the Raheen Woods Hotel and The Tranquility Leisure Centre.

This is a fundraising event for the Predator Club and they have great hopes for it's success.

This will be very much a fun event and it will have a relatively small field of athletes. As such it is the perfect opportunity for those who just want to dip their toes into the sport of Triathlon.

The distances are short at 5K Run, 16K Bike and 5K Run and so everyone should be able to take part.

If for some reason you can't take part it would very much be appreciated if you could volunteer to steward on race morning. We all race a lot and volunteer just a little. If you're going to help out at any race this year this might be a good one to be at. Predator Triathlon Club have been great supporters of Athenry AC and this is your chance to reciprocate.
