With so many other races and activities going on at the moment we neglected to post news on Galway man Andy Talbot’s progress in Italy at the World Masters Athletics Stadia Championships in Italy. A link to the results is given below and shows that Andy finished in 35th position of 68 runners in his category over the 8km of the cross country course. The Irish team in his over 55 category - Pat O'Shea, Pat Timmons, and Andrew - got a very creditable silver in the team event.
