Preparations are being made for next year's Connemarathon, and one of the first things to get out of the way was a new website.

So we decided to raise the bar a little and make the website more informative, easier to navigate and generally clean up our act a little. The race website is very important to us as we are now almost 100% online in terms of information, entry and promotion.

Even from day one in 2002 I just knew the internet would be key to spreading the word about the Connemarathon, but I didn't fully realise just how powerfull it would get. So if you have comments to make, I'm sure our web developer Alan would love to hear from you... just to keep him on his toes. Oh, and please do keep in touch with us and other Connemarathoners on our popular and open forum.

Information on the old site was a bit scattered, so we've tried to organise it a bit better, and more importantly, it will be easier to add information as we go on.

It looks at this stage that we'll be sold out at about the same time as last year, if not a few weeks sooner.
