Circuit Training is an excellent method for incorporating strength training into a runners workout regimen. The goals of strength training are to develop muscular endurance and stability for injury prevention, as an athlete moves into faster and/or more volume in their training.

Revitalise Health & Fitness offers a balanced Circuit Class which involves various levels of Anaerobic, Aerobic and Local Muscle Endurance (LME) work. Circuit Training brings some variety to a runners training which otherwise can become stale if it is too repetitive in nature.
