Another success story from the Community Games has reached us here at Athenry AC Central.

The photo at the top of this story show Aubrey O'Brien, gold medal U10 60m hurdles, Evan Quirke gold medal winner boys U14 Long Jump at the Community Games last weekend and their coach Mr. Dermot McNamara.

Our sincere congratulations go to these two fine athletes and their coach on their achievement at the Community Games. Many of Ireland's most decorated athletes started their distinguished careers at these championships and we have high hopes that these two will follow in some illustrious footsteps.
