For those looking to bridge a gap between The Streets and DCM then on 23rd August there is the Achill Half-Full-Ultramarathon.  This is a race organised by highly experienced runners and race organisers and is a great running experience.  Our own David Noone ran the full marathon last year and thought very highly of the race.  His race report from last year can be found at http://www.athenryac.com/david-noones-achill-adventure.  The race website is at http://www.achillultra.com.
