See here for a news release on the death of Limerick native, Michael Cunninggam, who competed for many years with Bilboa AC and then Moreabbey Milers in latter years.

Michael made regular forays into Galway, winning prizes almost everywhere he went.  When the reporter says 106 races, he means it.  I know that he ran three races one day back in 2013 or 2014, and was more often than not on the podium in every event he competed in during the last 10 years, regularly running sub-3 for the marathon, sub 17 for 5KM, sub 36 for 10KM, sub 60 for 10M and sub 80 for the half.
