May 2007 may well have been the busiest month ever in Galway adult athletics circles and what better way to bring the month to a close than by getting down to Dangan this Thursday evening for some great competition at the third and final day of the Galway Senior Track & Field Series.

For those of you suffering withdrawal symptoms with the end of the phenomenally successful May 5k Series why not try some track running. There is a 3000m scheduled for the Ladies with 5000m for the men.

The action starts @ 7pm and other events scheduled include 100/110m hurdles, 400m, Ladies 3000m, Mens 5000m, Discus, High Jump and 4x100m. Composite guest teams very welcome for Relay events.

To date, this series has proved a big success and hopefully we can bring the momentum of the first 2 evenings into tomorrow night. Entries on the night or by email to [email protected] with payment on the night.
