Approximately 100 people took part in the 10th year of the Kilconieron 5m charity walk and run. Conditions were ideal for running - a little cool with some bright sunshine. Owen Byrne and Irish Olympian Breege Connolly took the wins. Nine members of Athenry AC took part of which Fabian Mangan and Jacinta Fahy won category prizes. Congratulations to them and everyone who crossed the finish line. Well done also to Patrick Forde and the other members of Athenry AC who helped organise the event.
