Running through a flock of Hopper Swans near my home.

My runners.

That would be telling.

Never stretch cold muscles.

I'd be disappointed but would find something eles to get the adrenaline going.

I hope to be and I'd be hope my other half would be as well :-).

Having to ask someone last year to use their loo during the Streets of Galway 2006 due to an upset stomach.

I heard that Saucony Hurricane are good for runners who over pronate would you agree and where can I buy them
