"I joined Athenry A.C. Approx five years ago but only really began training with the club last year. 

It has been such a good move on my part because I have gained so much in terms of support, training plans and the great comraderie of fellow- members. 

Athenry A.C. members are selfless with their time and expertise and that is evident in the standard of coaching and training particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays during speed and tempo."
