No long report today folks you'll be delighted to hear!

Belfast is now officially a very tough marathon. Changes in

the route included a major climb to half way and another (if

my memory is right) up to mile 24 - either that or I wasn't

standing straight when I stopped to look. It was very windy

too. I ran the first half in 1:48 ish and got to mile 21 in

2:55 which was inside my pb by about 3 mins. At mile 24

London caught up with me (that's London Not Lundon) but still

managed to hang in and finish in 3:47, one minute slower than

the previous week.

Eileen O'Donoghue had a great run too and finished in 4:15.

Roll on Edinburgh - I can't wait.
