Hosing down after Dartfield

Hosing down after Dartfield

(8 minutes 20 seconds)

Probably the less said about this video, the better. It was my warm-down lap after the Connaught Cross-Country Championship a few weeks ago. The lap was about 1600 metres long, therefore I was going at about 8:10-8:20 minute pace. It was my 7th lap of same in the previous hour so I was fairly poorly at this stage. I was also only wearing 6mm spikes too, when I should have been wearing twelves :(.

The camera work isn't the greatest but it should give those sufficiently interested in what cross-country running is like an idea of what to expect.

Cloverfield (the movie) it is not!
