Saturday night last, 31 August, saw the local action move to Shanaglish, outside Gort, and the 4th running of the Martin Egan [*] Memorial 10KM. A poorish turnout of 73 (only 27 of whom were club affiliated) took to the hills and valleys of the area, over the now familiar pan-handled course...

A great night at the 28th running on The Streets yesterday, Saturday, 10 August! The results can be found on the GCH web site here. Another fine crowd of local athletes made their way to Headford last Saturday (5 July) evening for the 9th running of their 8KM road race. Athenry AC were well represented throughout the field. JA Meehan was 3rd senior woman home in near 31 minutes. See attached!
